Our most important goal is to create a great environment for people to learn and enjoy playing music. Our 25 teachers are some of the finest musician’s in Western Mass. And our rate of $70 per month for a 1/2 hr. private lesson every week is very affordable. We teach you the music you want to play; rock, jazz, country, classical etc. Just let us know what you’re interested in when you sign up and we will match you with a teacher that can guide you in your musical direction.

LESSON CENTER RATES AND POLICIES
The instructors at Performance Music include Professional Musicians, Professional Teachers, and College Music Majors. All are talented, gifted, and dedicated teachers.

PRIVATE LESSONS
One half-hour private lesson, each week of the month at $70, per month.
A one-time registration fee of $10.00 is due prior to the first lesson.

PAYMENTS
Payment must be received upon the FIRST week of the month.
All payments received after the 15th day of that month will be assessed a $10 late fee.

ATTENDANCE POLICY
All lessons, must be paid for whether or not the student attends them, as the teacher must be paid for his/her time. In order to receive a credit for an absence, the student must notify the staff at the front desk in the first week of that month’s lessons.

INCLEMENT WEATHER CLOSINGS
Performance Music may close due to inclement weather, but do not assume the store will be closed based on closings of public schools. Closings will be announced on local radio and television stations.

DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS
Performance Music reserves the right to suspend or discontinue lessons of any student who is delinquent in fulfilling his/her financial obligation. Performance Music reserves the right to charge a $10 late fee for those payments received after the 15th day of that month. If any student falls two months behind in their lesson payments, lessons will be automatically suspended until payment is received.

NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL
If for any reason the lessons are terminated, Performance Music must be notified in writing, one week prior to the final lesson. Lapsed attendance from lessons does not excuse a student from his/her obligation to pay.
